Textured Surfaces to Reduce Friction and Jam-ups

Rigid-Tex® textured metals minimize surface contact area compared to flat metals. This reduces friction and static cling greatly, and helps end machine jam-ups and downtime. Raw or packaged materials move faster and easier through conveyors, packaging machinery, food processing equipment, and any other material handling applications. Available in stainless steel, anodized aluminum and other metals, with a choice of embossed metal patterns and finishes to fit your needs. Widths up to 60", lengths up to 144" (depending on pattern/ also coil lengths available in our Trim-Tex patterns).
